For L’avventura di un povero cristiano by Ignazio Silone, directed by Valerio Zurlini, Visca creates the sets designed by Alberto Burri. The production is conceived for the 1969 Festa del Teatro in San Miniato al Tedesco; Burri’s small sketches become three large backdrops measuring ten metres by seven and a half. The white combustion and the red combustion are made in Milan; the burlap backdrop takes shape at the Teatro Comunale in L’Aquila.
