Asparagi and Piccole tempeste are made in terracotta, turning plants and atmospheric phenomena into modelled forms. Capitello alato and Paesaggio di tempesta return to sewn tapestry. The works of 1991 thus mark a tangible passage between the volume of worked earth and the textile construction of an image.
